Christopher H. Lovelock

Dr. Christopher H. Lovelock was an authority on services marketing. He was an adjunct professor at the Yale School of Management. He was also the principal of Lovelock Associates, through which he had consulted with service organizations in a broad array of industries. A prolific and award-winning author, Dr. Lovelock was the author or co-author of numerous books, over 60 articles, and more than 100 teaching cases. He died in February 2008.
